It is perfect for two, but can also accommodate a family. We particularly enjoyed the two decks, being in the trees, and fly fishing in the adjacent creek (the Rio Grande de Ranchos). And Brooks Cottage could not have fit our needs more perfectly. Our boys loved the creek that’s nearby and spent almost the entire time there. Also, the washer and dryer were especially useful after all the trips to the creek :-).
