Each of the three meticulously designed bedrooms is equipped with a Roku TV, plush bedding for a night of restful slumber, and accessible charging spots for your mobile phones. Outside, soak up the sun in a spacious, secluded backyard, perfect for entertainment or simply to relish in your quiet moments. A stay here wouldn\`t be just about the unbeatable location but also the top-notch amenities and unmatched comfort you will unquestionably grow fond of. Property licensed by College Station STR2024-00186. Bedroom 1 offers a serene retreat with a queen bed and an attached, private bathroom. Bedroom 2 exudes luxury with a King bed. Bedroom 3 hosts a stylish Trundle bed equipped with 2 twin beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include a convenient twin-sized folding bed, and a couch, allowing the overall sleeping capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
