Check in Clertk was rude and unapologetic. Didn’t speak, didn’t say anything then place my key card down and said elevator to the right! I don’t even understand how he got a job in Customer Service very rule not didnt see anything wrong once I said something. Just Unpleasant

Nice hotel. Currently undergoing renovation, so, if chemical smells and off-gassing are particularly problematic for you, you might want to book this hotel after those renovations are done. Didn't bother us too much and it was a great place to stay for graduation.

We didnt get much sleep because the person in the room next to us was blaring the tv in the middle of the night all night till 5:30 that morning. Security tried to knock and get them to answer, but nobody would. I told the staff when we checked out and all we got was two cards for 2 drinks at the rooftop bar. Inwas told that that's all they could do because i wasnt a Hilton rewards member. Needless to say, i wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms were not as clean as I expected. The property itself was nice. The lady at the bar was rude and should not be serving anyone anything. Usually I tip but she did not get nothing from me. She actually acted like she did not want to serve us.

Room list as accommodating 4 adults and this is a lie. Fold out couch horrible ended up sleeping on floor was better than bed. 10th floor under 11th floor club/party until at least midnight very loud.

The hotel seems poorly marked. It does not have a convenient loading/unloading area at the front like most hotels. The front desk looks makeshift. The room lighting is terrible in the bathroom, only dim lighting. No lock on bedroom doors. And the hotel smells either musty or overwhelming baby powder. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay.

female traveling alone and they put me as far away from civilization as possible down three dark hallways and at the very end of the last one. Room was also dark and creepy. Did not feel safe. Got lost twice just trying to find the hallway that led to the elevators to rooms. Told desk clerk I wanted my money back and could not stay there. Though I might be murdered and no one would ever know. Literally. I was told I could not get a refund because I booked with Expedia.

The property is being renovated and under construction. Half the building is unavailable for use and I would not have planned a stay if I had prior notification to such issues. I ended up with a nonrefundable stay and ended up having to use the stay and am uncertain why the renovation is being run in such a way to upset staying guest with noise and the inconvenience of places to eat in house being closed.

Awful
Rooms were very out dated. The door to the room had about a 2 in gap under the door. Anyone could look in to see us changing. Head boards were peeling onto our pillows and all over us. For what we paid it should not have been this terrible. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Amazing stay
I absolutely love this hotel. As soon as we walked in, I saw the big Christmas Tree, beautiful. This hotel was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The price was great, the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

The little suite was perfect for the graduation stay. Put Nanna on the pull out and there was plenty of privacy with the divider wall.

Happy with room and stay! We’ve rebooked for Thanksgiving. Elevator was crazy on game day. Service elevator was in use for guests too. Staff is friendly and room was CLEAN and comfortable. The renovations are looking good. I travel with my job, so I’ve seen a lot!

Staff was not at all aware of what was happening around them. The room was very outdated and smelled like cat urine. The door to the ground floor balcony was unlocked so anyone could have entered room. Not a great stay and very expensive.
