This is an older property and it shows it. I booked an accessible room because I am an amputee. The only grab bar in the bathroom was behind the bathtub. The bathroom door way was so small that I had to hop trough sideways with my walker. The toilet was very low to the floor. New Hamptons have better accessible rooms.

Nice rooms! I loved the location! The roll out desk was nice because I did have to work from the room for a bit. The breakfast wasn’t all that great but overall the stay was really nice.

Staff was nice. The property is clean but not kept up. Paint chipped off walls, bathroom fan not working. Ceilings show damage. Place is showing serious aging and needs a facelift.

The air worked poorly in the second room I was given. It didn’t work at all in the first room. Everyone was super kind and helpful but the facility is so old. Rooms feel clammy. I didn’t like anything outside of the people.

Hotel was extremely dirty and old. There was food on the floor in the stairway. When we got to the room the beds felt like they were about to break and they were flying bugs. I explained this to the desk and now we're trying to get a refund

OK for a short Visit
The hotel is located in a really good proximity to where I needed to be. There are plenty of restaurants in the area so that's a plus. The hotel itself is pretty old and not updated. There are plenty of repairs needed. My room was damp feeling and dark, but clean and bearable.

Found a bed bug on the pillow when I got up at 4:00 in the morning to go to bathroom pulled the sheets off of the bed and it looks like housekeeping only wash the top sheets and not the under sheets they were full of stains
