For us, the lights created a nearly magical arrival, especially for seasoned road-trippers. Cons: Not a lot of privacy between bathroom & sleeping area, as there is a pocket door used to maximize space (at leadt in our room). This was a very small con for us since we do a lot of travel as a family, but thought I would mention for other travelers. This was very easy to get to as it was close to freeway but not too close to hear the noise. The room was clean and spacious. The hallway had a faint scent of cigarette smoke like if someone was smoking right outside the door and the smoke got sucked into the hotel hallway. But there was none of that in the room which is the most important part. They have a filtered water bottle dispenser in the hall next to their ice machine, a big plus! I'd stay here again for sure." I needed very little. My room was efficient and was all i needed. The room was clean and bright. Nice bathroom and shower. Good water pressure and plenty of Hot water. My queen bed was comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were clean and fresh. There was enough for space for my gear, bags, and my pups bed. Again, he is a certified service animal. Other furnishings were sparse. The surrounding area is a little busy at certain parts of the day and early evening, the rooms are set back from the street so it's not overly noisy. Everything in zAuburn i is in close proximity.
