"Clean room. Breakfast not "curated," just normal continental fare. Ice machines not indicated on emergency map plan on door. After fruitless ice hunt, had to ask at front desk. Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"When I booked, it said some free continental breakfast with options of other items could be purchased in the restaurant. The only free thing was coffee. No free food. We did eat in the restaurant and the cook said she wasnt making poached eggs that day so I ordered over easy, which were a bit overdone. Our waitress was very nice! Another patron argued the same thing about the free breakfast. I always book hotels with free continental breakfast, so was a bit disappointed. I did use the jet tub and even though it felt nice, it left a brown ring of bubbles. But other than that, the room was very clean. Everyone was very nice."

"The room was alright just smelled a bit funky. It also felt like I was the only one in the whole place so that was a bit unnerving. Aside from that I can’t really complain. Staff was cool"

"The hotel is always near and clean for our stays. A few things were a bit off the usual experiences. A desk employee on the 12th was a bit unprofessional when we inquired if our room was ready. The person who checked us in when our room was ready was great. The pool was cold on the second day due to new water added. Tried to get breakfast to go this morning from the Iron no one ever came to take our order despite a gentleman telling us someone would be over. Overall our experiences have been very good here but not quite hitting the mark on this trip. "
