A beautiful hotel in a prime location. We walked the whole city. The library theme in the hotel was amazing and made for an interesting stay. Parking across the river was easy and just a short walk across the bridge after dropping off our luggage.

This is a 5 star property - very beautifully designed room with velvet headboard, restored antique furniture and a huge balcony that overlooks their garden. 5 stars for location - a short 10 min walk away from the old town, though be prepared to walk down and up stairs as this is Coimbra 5 stars for cleanliness and the pictures are exactly what you get when you arrive, very well maintained home of Sonia and Jonah. 5 stars for the hosts who were warm, friendly and had a lovely breakfast...

The property and staff are excellent but parking is very difficult !

Great value for price. Excellent variety for breakfast. Eggs made to order! They even had gluten free bread I could eat with peanut butter and jam. Amazing location- right next to the University. Beautiful lemon and orange trees in the front yard. Mariana was so helpful.

Property was easy to find with Google Maps, very clean, room was comfortable, washroom clean with great shower, staff was very helpful in the morning and breakfast was good.

Appartment directly in tourist sector, nice view, but with enough tranquility. Reception at hotel a couple of minutes walk away was quick and efficient, staff helped us with car, free parking(safe), luggage, showed us the way up to the entrance, allowed early check in! Clean and comfortable.

Fantastic place! Location close but quiet. Staff are great!

Beautiful place to stay whilst visiting this area. It takes you a little out of the city. About a 45 min walk to town. The gardens here are 700 years old with trees that look as old. Many paths to walk down and many gardens to explore. The AC in the room was fantastic. The breakfast was a lot and delish. The hotel itself was an old Castle. If you take your time to explore you will find a chapel, old library along with the main quarters. A wonderful historic hotel !

This property is older but extremely clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and location is perfect and close to all important tourist attractions

This is a marvellous beautiful two level room equipped with all amenities including a jacuzzi. The view is absolutely stunning. The service is excellent. The lady ( sorry I forgot the name) was very helpful and pleasant. She helped with our luggage and parking site. On check in we were served with wine and cakes. Breakfast was served in the room with plenty of foods. We were given some cookies as a goodbye gift. Well done. Other hotels should take note of this gesture and follow suit.

Quiet and well located hotel for Coimbra’s main sights. Cribs for infants cost extra.

The cutest hotel life stayed at ever location was excellent a little bit tricky to get there if you were driving, but the staff went above and beyond and helping us arrive

The property was nice, clean and quiet. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Large parking area was available across the street; parking is free on the weekends but paid during the week. There aren't many restaurants around within walking distance, but there is a fantastic little burger restaurant within a 5 minute walk.
