The bathroom had mold. The walls had visible dirt. And the floors made my feet black. This should not be listed as a four star hotel. Though the staff was excellent and the bar was great That is what made the rating a 3.

The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed anything there was someone there to help me. The rooms are nice and clean. It is quite spacious, in fact, it’s almost like two rooms because there’s a sitting area and a large wardrobe for storing belongings. My room was peaceful and quiet at night, even though the hotel is located near the airport. The bathroom is very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The shower is hot with great water pressure. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. It includes fresh fruit and juice, and vegetarian options. There is also a really nice restaurant where I had an amazing lunch. There is a large pool, which I thought looked a little murky to me, but I decided to try it anyway because I saw other people using it, and I had a very enjoyable swim. When I was leaving, the staff generously helped me figure out the buses and taxi options.

The room was good but food was very disappointing. We ordered an Arabiata pasta - and we got what tasted like pasta with ketchup - no other taste - just sweet. We complained and were told that they will change just for another pasta spiced with chili. The waiter was good but the chef did not help or give us a sandwich instead of the pasta. Would not eat there again. We had breakfast included but did not have that as we had to leave for our next destination at 6.00am.
