I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my stay starting from the ambience of the hotel lobby, room, choice and quality of food and the most is the travel desk. I took a SUV for 6 days and they gave at a very good deal and a very good driver who took very good care of us during the whole trip which was an added value to the trip. I would thoroughly recommend this and look forward to come again.

Decent Base Location for Coimbatore Airport and Tours

We chose this hotel because it had a great deal offered and appeared on g Maps to be very close to the airport. In fact, it is a good deal and is pretty close to the airport, but not as close as g Maps shows it. It's a 15 minute ride which makes it great as a transit hotel, but the staff is also very impressive and makes extra efforts to ensure a happy stay. The buffet is average but the happy hours are extended and at least when we stayed, there was a movie playing during dinner each night. Overall it is a good property for families/business/couples/solo with wifi, decent clean rooms, and friendly hospitality.

Excellent value price relation

Excellent location, very quiet (we had a room away from airport road), about 12km from the centre of the city, extremely helpfull and nice staff. We just stayed for a night, and had a busy schedule, so had no chance to eat at the nice looking restaurant

Yesterday I went to a Dealer meet in Windsor Hall in Park Plaza Hotel. The Food Quality was poor. What was more shocking was the level of service. There was just ONE attendant in the full hall, serving soup. For everything else, we were left to fend for ourselves. The desserts counter had no attendant. It was pathetic sight to see the inexperienced guests struggling to scoop out ice-cream from the block. Do we go to a 4-star hotel to serve ice-creams for ourselves ? For nearly 20 minutes the bread tray had only burnt rotis and the fish tray was empty. The chicken tray was filled in the beginning and thereafter there was no refill. After a short while, the gravy remained, but we could not find a single piece of chicken inside. The cleaning crew comprised of young untrained boys. At least on 2 occasions they dropped the cups and plates on the floor. When we complained to the Captain regarding the lack of service, he was too harried to answer. He uttered a few unintelligible words and rushed back to the kitchen. There was no apology by words or on his face. This 4-star hotel has the worst service I have seen in Coimbatore. Even small 1 or 2 star hotels provide many times better service. The quality of food would have been a redeeming factor. But the food taste was no better than the ordinary wayside hotels. There were many other problems like the young inexperienced waiters dropping the cups and plates on at least two occasions. Advice : AVOID, even as a last resort, this hotel for any functions or banquets.

the hotel was superb by the look and cleanliness. the fountain and the swimming pool were the finest and the best. the reception was very good and the usher was very much appreciated. the air was the purest as the location is far away the city pollution. the plantation around the hotel was excellent and owing to that the whether was very pleasant and enjoyable. i would stay in the hotel in the future as it was a memorable moment. Great hotel in cool coimbatore.

Excellent hotel stayed with family - two young kids, the staff where very helpful and smiling. Room sizes where big (deluxe room), only thing that we didnt like was the towels provided by the hotel, they really need to replace them more often, they felt rough.

Good rooms and service - food can be improved

The rooms are well appointed and the staff are helpful and courteous. The A/c in the room works ' overtime'; there is only 1 restaurant and the dinner buffet menu and quality of food other than South Indian dishes is average. The hotel is far away from anywhere and going for a walk outside is not recommended.

Great airport hotel at a reasonable price

The Park Plaza is less than 10 minutes from the hotel and is great for business travelers. Prompt and friendly service, good food, well maintained facilities etc make for a great stay. Tip; try Expedia or any travel website for rates before contacting the hotel. The negotiated rates from travel sites were much cheaper than rates quoted by the hotel's reservation department.
