"It is definitely an older hotel and it was a bit different not having any staff on site. But the manager was fantastic and got us information right away. It was a special occasion and they went above and beyond to make the room super cute for my daughter who was attending prom. I think the most important thing is to just know that you are in an old hotel and things are not gonna be fancy and pretty basic, but it was clean and it was very quiet and we had a wonderful experience overall!! "

"The hot tub was a perfect temperature. The water was a bit green in the tub and pool but other than that it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and being brought out and refilled constantly. We were a bit surprised about how small the room was but it was clean and in good condition. Would definitely stay there again for the price we paid."

"I called this hotel directly and asked if the pool and hot tub were open and working (because they are notorious for being broken) and I was told yes. Only to show up and they are in fact NOT open and have not been for a month. I was told I must have been on the call with an AI bot. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning. No call ever. I would never have stayed in this hotel and paid the amount of money I paid, if I had not been lied to. I could have saved money staying with a friend or at another lodging facility but I paid the money under the guise that there would be a functional hot tub and pool. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they do get the pool and hot tub fixed… which I doubt will ever happen. "
