« The place was great & it is in a nice quiet yet centrally located spot.The VRBO deposit return process is horrible. They had my deposit for months & then at the end they hold it for an additional 14 days (after the host gives them the release). I just got that notice today and it says it will take 15 days to process. How come a charge can post on a day but a refund takes so long? Holding my money for 8 months is ridiculous. »
