"I had a terrible experience during my stay. I entend to inform corporate office of the incident. Approximately an hour after we check in, I went to the bathroom to remove my lipstick. I pulled a sheet of tissue from the dispenser and found it to be damp. I kept pulling sheets and the more I pulled the wetter they are. I looked indlside the tissue box cover and found a filthy wet underwear lodged inside between the box and the dispenser. The smell was so bad, I wanted to throw up! I was in shock and so confused. I didn't know if to ask for a different room, or if to get another hotel entirely. I had just completed a 5 hour drive directly to a museum and was utterly EXHAUSTED! I immediately reported it to staff, who took care of it. I was not comfortable in the room after that, and checked out a bit after 8am the next morning. Could not wait to get home, and scrub the room off of me. "
