Master bedroom has KING SIZE BED and private bath. Bedroom #2 has DOUBLE TWIN BEDS. Bedroom #3 has QUEEN BED. The living room has been updated with beautiful tile flooring and a leather sectional. Kitchen has BREAKFAST BAR and opens to adjacent dining room and living room. Living room opens to a furnished patio which overlooks POOL and BEACH. Heartwarming visit!

This property has everything anyone would need for a great beach stay. Beautiful view and hated pool, We will come back. The management here was very helpful and responded immediately when we asked for them to replace the AC filter. The dishwasher worked but was old and rusted inside. The king mattress as very firm and squeaky.

We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the Condo, but it met the requirements we needed. The pool was well taken care of and we spent a lot of time on the beach. They had some beach items for guest use, which was nice.

Clean but outdated

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and big. We did have some minor things we needed to fix. There were no batteries in the remotes and we had to buy our own. It smelled old and musty so we bought some air fresheners. The balcony chairs were very old and some you could not sit on. We really enjoyed our stay and was very happy it was clean!

We were heading out on a cruise during our time in the area, arrived 2 days early and chose this condo to stay in. It worked wonderfully. We were able to walk to Whisk and Grind for an amazing brunch, had direct beach access, and even a perfect view of the rocket launch pad for a possible viewing of a launch while we were there. Unfortunately, it was delayed. The property was clean, and condo was spacious. Only negative was the elevators were not operating the day we checked out and being on the 4th floor with all of our luggage was not pleasant, but this was not at any fault of the condo owner.

This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable with easy access to beach and downtown cocoa beach. Within walking distance to downtown cocoa beach. Extra parking in grass for guests visiting for the day. Highly recommend.

Nice Few Days on the Beach

We had a great time at the property. The location is wonderful. I think the condo could use a little love especially if we were to spend more time in it for an extended period of time but we are ones that don’t spend much time in the condo other than sleeping. Some fresh paint, better blinds and curtains, patio furniture and mattresses would vault your condo into 5 stars+. With all that being said though we still loved the property and location and if we were to ever come back to the space coast, we’d happily stay again.

The condo was well appointed and the location couldn't be beat! The carpets need a good cleaning and there were a lot of ants (maybe some traps should be available for guests to put out if necessary?) but we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of space and great beach access!

I would definitely stay at this property again! There was lots of space (more than enough for our family of four!), beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and beach gear provided, and the beach was nice and quiet. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is, as others have said, the age of the building. It is an older building showing some age, but everything was nice and clean.
