Welcome cruisers and beach goers to the perfect property and unbeatable amenities! Multiple units and locations available. We specialize in keeping our guests stress free, and our beach goers having fun and your Vaca a perfect one!

This is a House that has been divided into individual private units and is set up to Host Vacations.

• 1 minute walkto the beach, 5 min to port, 15 min KSC and 45 min to Disney!
• 10 min to Downtown Cocoa Beach! Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, groceries and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.
• Amazing outdoor space sit in in the back yard community space while you enjoy the propane fire pit, games, grills, seating and more.
• Beach gear, towels, chairs, coolers and sand toys
• You will be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks and your online Paradise Book. (Local Menus, discounts, attractions, maps, guides in unit)
• Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the big screen TV
• Full outside screened inkitchen with everything you need for your use only
• Private Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
• 1 bedrooms and bathroom and a laundry machine located on site for your use
• All Beds/ Pillows are Brand New, Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with waterproof cover. Plush robes, large soft towels, classy bedding.

No 3rd Party Bookings

• This is a smoke and vape free property.
• No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed.
• No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings.
• 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach
• No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense.
• No pets.
• No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay.
• An additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed
• Do not disturb other guests or enter other units
• Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors.

House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer

• Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more
• Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25

It was not as clean as I thought. The water pressure for bathroom sink was bad. The overall outside stairs very dirty it needed pressure water for the stairs very dingy. They hanged a towel with poopie stains in my room. That disgusted me.

I wasn't sure about the outside kitchen/poarch but it became my favorite part. I could sit outside in a coverd area and play my guitar. Very cool!

When we arrived, the manager was chewing out a cleaning employee which was a bit of a put off. Wish someone would have welcomed us and shown us where things(beach items and laundry room)were located .The room was smaller than expected, but the location to the house was awesome especially when I have a hard time walking.I was even able to get up and catch the sunrise which didn't dissapoint.The room was smaller than expected, but it got the job done.for a couple nights.

I loved the place...wish there was a special place for smokers ..had to go off the property in the rain. The bed was comfortable and pillows felt like cloudsThe place was equipped with the things you need. Nice shower and plenty of activities to do onsite.(Games) I meet other renters and had a great time The cleaning crew was very pleasant

Decent for the price per night. Check-in was a mess. Hard to communicate with property management. Overall property was clean except for the floor. Left stains on socks from something on the floor. No A/C controls for this room which made it difficult to make comfortable overnight. Bed comfortable overall. Did not use kitchen space outside.

We loved this place! We were 5 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. They had a wagon with boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella. The outdoor space around this property is so inviting and so cute! We would certainly stay here again if given the chance!

We loved staying in the Flamingo! Just a quick walk to the beach, quiet and equipped with anything you could need! The patio is wonderful and we enjoyed the fire on the chilly January evenings. We will definitely be back!!
