Perfect Location!
The location was fabulous and the apartment was the perfect size for our group - just as advertised! Loved the ease of getting to the beach and the storage closet was full of beach supplies. Lots of local restaurants! We opted not to cook as the pots and pans left a little to be desired. But overall we had a wonderful week. Thank you!

Family Getaway
Our family vacation getaway couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to this rental. The closet filled with beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas and the beach itself was a treasure trove of beautiful shells. We highly recommend bringing or buying kites from the Zon – our 17yo had a blast with his stingray kite, while the younger ones adored their octopus and squid kites. For those craving a unique shopping experience, the Native Plant Shop is a must-visit. Not only is the shop beautiful, but the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and offers small build-your-own terrariums. And trust me, you don't want to miss out on Rock the Guac – even as the only vegan in the family, we all left with our pants unbuttoned from the deliciousness. Coconuts On The Beach provided another fantastic dining experience, perfect for feeding our crotch gobblins in a lively atmosphere. And for a dose of history and mind-blowing entertainment, the Kennedy Space Center is an absolute must-see. Just remember not to wait outside for a picture next to the NASA sign–there's another one inside! As for Legoland, it was a mixed experience. While the kids enjoyed it, the long lines and ride breakdowns left us with mixed feelings. Nevertheless, our overall enjoyment outweighed any minor inconveniences. Back at the condo, although hanging items from the balcony isn't allowed, we found a workaround by drying damp items around the window. The on-site laundromat was a lifesaver just be prepared with quarters.

The property was as described: great location and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful views from all rooms. The outdoor closet was filled with beach supplies including a beach umbrella and there were air pumps located in a kitchen drawer. Only thing I would suggest for improvement was that we received all the apartment information while we were already traveling (this email mentioned some things that we would have packed from home had we known they weren’t going to be supplied).

My first impression was oh no...this is just a motel..but after we went and opened the room to the condo it was unbelievable!!!! It was just as pictured...it was very quiet ..we relaxed, we ate, we laid on the beach and it was so gorgeous..everyone we encountered was very very friendly..the check in and out process was so incredibly easy...I would definitely stay here again

A perfect place for the four of us senior citizens. We loved the proximity to the beautiful, clean beach, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great location - close to the Pier too. We’ll be back!

This condo is well appointed, very comfortable, and restful. We enjoyed the location, so very close to the beautiful beach, and entertainment if desired. I spent most of my time on the beach or on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Very nice place near the beach
It was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures on the inside. The beach view from all the rooms was really nice. The only issue we had was during check-in trying to get a hold of the owner to find out about the wifi code, laundry and other property related questions. When the owner responded she mentioned that we need to check the binder. There was no binder in sight. She sent someone else up to help us look for the binder and he was able to find it after looking for a while and finally found it tucked away in one of the furniture drawers. It would be helpful for this binder to be in plan sight upon guests arrival. Other than that this was an overall great stay!

Great place! Beach Front!
I was nervous when I pulled in because the building looked a little motel-like from the outside but once we walked in to the condo we were thrilled! The room was up to date and well kept! Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Perfect view of the ocean. It is on the second level which means you have to go down stairs in the front in order to access the ocean but it is worth the view you get of the ocean. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting beachfront property and not a super busy beach.

The property was well maintained and very clean. We were very impressed with how close we were to the beach and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. We haven't taken our family on a trip since before the pandemic and this was a very welcome transition back into the summer vacation. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Best vacation house ever!
This condo is so close to the beach you can hear the waves while falling asleep! It's tastefully decorated and the owner really takes into consideration what your every need would be. The managers were helpful even giving us their personal beach chair for my elderly mother to use and took a broom apart to use as a walking stick because she left her cane at a restaurant. We really will plan a return visit!
