Minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach and professionally managed by Beachside Vacation Rentals, we are here to maximize your travel experience! The Space: Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit G includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like an underwater-themed artist mural, emerald granite countertops, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around! Getting Around: Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance. On our arrival the front door would not open with code provided , attempted to call Managment company several times … turned out the issue was not the code but the door itself … it needed to be pushed in for the door latch to work … this situation was self resolved … call to Managment company went unanswered .
