Centrally located in "Yosemite Lakes Park" (YLP) 45 minutes to the south gates of Yosemite, 15 minutes to Chukchansi Casino Resort with Spa treatments, wine tasting and vineyards within a 30 minute radius in Madera or Oakhurst, 30 minutes to Bass Lake, 20 minutes to Lake Millerton or Lake Hensley. Access private Black Hawk lake (Kayak, canoes, or trolling motors only) for amazing Bass fishing and/or kayaking (Bring your own water toys). 20 minutes to ATV trails or Sugarpine Railroad. During the summer YLP usually has "Music on the Lake" at the Clubhouse lawn on Friday evenings (Live bands.).
