80-acre Mountaintop Villa with Spectacular Views

Enjoy vacationing in a luxurious home nestled against the Sierra National Forest. Every room has breathtaking views with approximately 3500sqft of spacious living on the main floor with an additional game area on a lower floor. Bass Lake is just over a 6 mile drive and Yosemite National Park is approximately 20 miles away. The home has two bedrooms with king size beds and a large bonus room with two queen and three full beds. The deck is a great place to enjoy God's Creation or feel free to play outside on the home's 80 acres.

The property was even better than the pictures. The check-in process was a breeze, and Kevin was very responsive and helpful throughout.The house itself has a great old-timey charm paired with all the modern comforts. It’s huge and perfect for a big group, with a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you might need. The game room could use a bit of upkeep, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the games.The location is excellent, only about 10 minutes from grocery stores if you just want to relax at the house, 20 minutes from Bass Lake (a fun vacation spot), and well-positioned for a trip to Yosemite.Overall, we were really happy with the property and Kevin’s communication. Would definitely recommend it!

Great place to get away

The house is beautiful and the property is large with lots to do and great views of the sunset over the mountains. Plenty of space for a large group to sleep and close enough to Bass Lake for a day trip or a few hours of fun. The property is far enough away from anybody to disturb either way yet close enough to the town to grab supplies. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the game room was a hit. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Property

We had a great stay here celebrating two graduations with family. The home was absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of space everywhere and enough beds for everyone. The checkin process could not have been any easier. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. I would highly recommend this rental!

The perfect vacation with family

We were looking to have a vacation for a family group of 3 generations (9 of us total). This home and location had it all! First the home itself - beautifully built and appointed, spacious, with every amenity desired. Beds were all comfortable, all linens top-notch and plentiful, kitchen huge and gourmet, and bathrooms first-rate. Then the setting - magnificent mountain-top wooded views in all directions. So much to do in the area - we will be back for sure!

Beautiful, spacious, and serene home!

We had such a relaxing getaway at this beautiful home close to bass lake, sugar pines railroad, Yosemite. It was great for toddlers and adults. The house is very charming, clean, and spacious! All furnishings are high end - the owner has great taste. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with literally everything we needed. We enjoyed the sights of deers and other animals every morning from the windows. There were so many activities to do in and around the house that we chose to spend more time on the property during the day than planned. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return for a snow trip!

Peaceful and Beautiful Getaway

We wanted to stay with family somewhere near Yosemite and we were lucky enough to find this beautiful location and house in Coarsegold. Kevin, the owner was super responsive from the beginning and all throughout our stay. We were three families with young kids ranging from an infant to 8 years old and we had a wonderful time. The house is clean, spacious, has all the amenities you would need and comes with beautiful views. Our kids absolutely loved the deer and wild turkey sightings from the deck and spent a lot of their time playing in the game room. The kids loved the air hockey table and foosball table. There is a bonus room with a large tv and plenty of beds for a big family or for to just stick all the kids in, they will love it. The spot was very convenient for us, just a 6 minute drive into town and then you can head to Bass Lake shortly after that. It’s also about a 30 minute drive to Yosemite entrance. We will definitely be back in the winter. This is a great location, with very responsive, helpful hosts and a beautiful house. We loved our stay!
