A temperature-controlled fireplace insert creates a relaxing ambiance, while dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows frame lovely ocean and sunset views, with Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, Cape Lookout and horizon views beyond. The comfortable furnishings are perfect for watching a favorite Netflix or Amazon Prime movie or show on the 50-inch, LED Smart TV with Sound-Bar stereo system. For the chefs in your group, the thoroughly equipped cozy, but stylish gourmet kitchen is a dream come true. An outdoor ice chest can be used to store extra drinks on the deck. This 1,100-square-foot,vintage cabin sleeps up to six guests. The master suite features a comfortable queen bed with views from the landing and a half-bath en suite. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with a handcrafted twin bunkbed. Games are stored in the bunk-room cabinet along with some children's books. Adults may be interested in the small collection of novels and design books in the main living area cabinet. The main floor has a washer and dryer that make it ultra-convenient to clean up after a day at the beach. Neighborhood: The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north. Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. It was a great place to just sit back and watch the waves, go for a walk along the beach, or drive up to Tillamook to visit the air museum (which we would highly recommend!) It was clean, well-stocked, and there was ample room for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds -- the upper bunk was quite high, which was fine for our preteen but might make younger kids nervous. We had no cell service (T-Mobile), which for us was fine, especially since the cabin has a land line, but is something renters should be aware of. Quiet little neighborhood, a bit off the beaten path, and fantastic ocean views. Would definitely rent again! ##### Wendy K. It was as spectacular as the photos make it seem, and the beach location could not have been any better. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking our own meals. The bathrooms, bedrooms, everything was well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a portable crib in one of the closets, and there was even a supply of beach toys on the deck that our 10-month-old got a lot of use out of. We spent our days playing in the sand and waves, taking day trips up and down the coast, and wrapping up with s'mores at the house's fire pit at night. We had one issue with something breaking in the house, and the property management company came out and took care of it right away. Some reviews mention a lack of window coverings, but there were curtains on all of the bedroom windows, and remote-controlled shades on the big windows in the main living area. Cute home for small group, has personality. Great outdoor hang out, bbq grill, large table, fire pit, easy walk to beach. Just my opinion...light switches that turn on lights for the bedrooms and outside! Kinda scary with it pitch black and no coverings on windows that side of the house. Cannot see the ocean view from inside unless your standing, sitting at table or are on the upper stair landing. Would rent again. ##### Candy K. Neat little house, we would definitely stay there again.. Right on the beach, which is getting difficult to find. The bed was great, kitchen was nicely stocked (only lacking a cutting board), and it was an absolutely beautiful space - the photos do not exaggerate. It is that beautiful. The outdoor area was nice as well; we were able to grill and have a fire in the fire pit even in early March (firewood was provided). One comment, there are no curtains on the bedroom windows. That would be a nice addition, but we still had a 5-star time during our stay. ##### Geneva G.
