« We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Great location for the event we attending. Quick walk to coffee shop and restaurants. The only negative was having only one bathroom. »

« The home is nestled in the vineyards of Rodney Strong which makes for an amazing location. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and swimming in the pool. The home was comfortable and offered all amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The host was very communicative. Highly recommend!!! »

« Absolutely beautiful property. My family and I had an amazing, peaceful, relaxing stay. There was so much to do on property. The private lake had a paddle boat, a row boat, and 2 kayaks. Fishing here early in the morning was great. The main home had so many thoughtful amenities. We thought the arcade game was very cool! The place also has 2 extra completely furnished rooms in a fully renovated barn. Honestly there's so many nice things to say that I'll share some photos, words don't do it...

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend paddle boarding trip. Check in was easy, but my mapping app located this house incorrectly; the owner’s driving instructions are much better! We had no trouble with hot water in the showers, but the kitchen hot water was a little tricky. The kitchen had a nice layout, with all the pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils and serving dishes we needed. The grill was in good shape and we used it both nights. The beds were comfortable; everyone slept well...

« Celebrated my 50th with 12 close girlfriends. The house was truly perfect- space for everyone to stay comfortably, lots of common spaces with 3 tiers of outdoor decks- all looking out to the expansive beautiful garden, farm and trees! The space was so amazing for spending time with company outdoors or in. Carmina and Jorge catered a meal for us which was also delicious and convenient . I will DEFINITELY return!! »

« The house was perfect. Clean and enough room for us. The stove was beautiful although we didn’t use it. The three bedrooms were great but we only used two of them. The property was great with the Bocce Ball and badminton. The weather was beautiful. You can see where the river came up to the driveway. We would definitely like to stay there again. Location was great to food and family. Thank you. »

« There was ample space for our group of 4 families with kids staying over a long holiday weekend. The house was easy to find and well stocked with kitchen items, and we loved the recommendation for the local Oliver's Market for food. The pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub, the outdoor space and the grill. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. We would definitely come back! »

« My bf andIi stayed here for a few days and very much enjoyed it. The property was very easy to find. When we arrived, Bibiana greeted us and showed us around the house. She even gave us some of the eggs her chickens laid (unfortunately, we never got around to cooking them up ). Her house is a little ways away with a separate driveway. « Great spot for wine tasting in Sanoma! Beautiful views and quiet atmosphere went well with the lovely wine. Middle of march a little early for the pool but the hot tub felt great at night. Would stay there again. »

« My family had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The house is nicely renovated with a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely deck that wraps around the house with views of adjacent wineries. We really appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the wine and food at Bricoleur. Deacon was the best host! He met us on the days that we checked in and out, and was very responsive via text. Would love to stay again! »

« Amazing property in the middle of a vineyard! I’m a travel nurse and stayed here May and June for an assignment in St. Helena. My family and I loved our stay here….all the furnishings and kitchenware looked brand new and were high quality. The property has a peaceful vibe and we even saw hot air balloons pass by several mornings. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! « Our group of 7 friends reunited in Healdsburg for a getaway and great wine tasting. The Modern Vineyard Farmhouse is just beautiful, and Elaine was so welcoming and kind. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can. »
