"We were able to check-in early, which was very convenient for us. The staff was exceptionally courteous and kind. Room was very clean. Conveniently located to the airport and nearby food, even though it was in an area that may be considered a little "sketchy." Airport shuttle was available and pickup with a quick phone call. No issues at all. I will be staying there again, if I am flying out of Charlotte."
