« We arrived and there was no receptionist. So I grabbed the lobby phone and called and she finally came out. I said oh that was me calling because no one was here. And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?”

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We paid $155 per night, plus a $100 security deposit, expecting a clean and comfortable stay. On our first night, we discovered bed bugs in the bed, which was completely unacceptable.
The staff moved us to another room after we reported the issue, but unfortunately the second room also did not meet the level of cleanliness we expected. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable for the rest of our stay.
