"It was very clear the staff at the Sheraton were unhappy to have so many guests this week due to a conference. The restaurant on site - staff in no hurry to take our orders, didn't get drinks (water), two separate people ordered and the order came out on one plate, staff ignored us (we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant) and obviously weren't interested in being bothered while they talked and checked phones, check in staff were very unwelcoming. "

"The hotel is literally falling apart everywhere. The staff are beyond unhappy and make it completely clear they do not want to be there. The doors to the rooms apparently need replacing and it is almost impossible to get into them. You have to pull the door to you and spend up to 10 minutes trying to get the card reader to turn green so you can get in, I had to get help more than once which they weren't nice about & I heard two other separate people having the same problems, they also had to get the front staff to help after struggling for a long time. Once in the room EVERY surface is covered in something VERY sticky that won't come up, the carpets are disgusting & sticky. There's thick dust on the overhead fan and most the furniture including the bathroom. Folded cardboard is shoved under the corners of most the furniture. When I went to secure the door and go to sleep I discovered that the safety latch wasn't even on the door correctly, it was crooked from being broken off before, and the door lock doesn't even line up with the door frame so you can't actually lock it. I only felt remotely safe since it's already so difficult to get in the room. The bed is lumpy and hard as a board so I got zero rest.The full breakfast was not at all as advertised. It was stale bagels & breads, concerning sausage links, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal waffle maker. I was told the pool & hot tub aren't heated. "

"The room 204 have a bullet hole in the peep hole door!! People hanging in the park lot drinking alcohol and beer just didn’t feel safe!! The room was nasty as she was having us to walk up and down this property look for a clean room after me driving 6 hours from Texas! I want my money back plus my reward keys money back too!! "Great staff , things where clean as it could be the whole place is under a remodel so there is a lot of construction stuff around and first 2 floors where basically closed other then the lobby. Served the purpose of our stay and kids uses the pool and had fun . "
