Beautiful house in private beach community with pools, pickleball courts, etc

A fun yet relaxing beach getaway for the whole family! Kid approved! Family friendly home with all the amenities inside and out! This beautiful home is located in a private beach community, less than a few hundred feet from the ocean (check out the photos to see how close), a very large private beach (beach chairs and umbrella for your family are already there), pools (including life guard), tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, and a playground for the children.

This well maintained home has beautiful gardens all summer. It includes a relaxing sunroom with a pull out couch and tv, large family room with a 60” tv, fireplace and new sectional couch, half bath + a shower off the garage (great post beach to rinse off the sand!), dining room for 6 and fully stocked kitchen! Upstairs are three bedrooms (with AC and ceiling fans), linen closet and a full bath.
