« My one night stay was nice. There is plenty of parking spots at the hotel. The grounds were clean and kept up as well as the parking lot. The exterior of the building was in good shape. I was greeted by staff immediately. He was nice and professional. The interior of the building looked nice. My room was clean and spacious. He heat worked really good. I liked how quiet it was. I had a good night sleep. »

« Firstly said there is breakfast there is not. Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. Area around hotel had things to do but could be seedy at night. Lots of drugs. Working people are nice in Kokomo but the area has its issues »

« The room was disgusting there was dirty walls floors bathroom it’s was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There are people living in this hotel and they are just as dirty as the hotel. There was a little boy dumping water all over the hotel lobby floor when I arrived and it was a little bit he had a vac hose hooked up to the sink and just dumping it everywhere I’m so disappointed we were staying here for my daughter’s senior prom »

« At first, I thought the musty smell was coming from bed sheets. But then I realized it was actually from the mattress and the bed sheets. And the smell still hasn’t gone away from my body. »
