"The elevator was broken. When we were told it was broken seemed like it had been broken for awhile. Our room was changed to the first floor as we didn’t want to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Our room was at the end of the building beside a very busy highway. We had loud traffic noise all night long. When we asked for recommendations for dinner we were told there was really nothing good in the area and had no suggestions. The room was clean. Breakfast was very basic."
