### W 6th Whole House in Tremont

Spacious three-story home, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Don\`t forget about the bonus apartment in the basement that comes with it! Amazing skyline views from the rooftop deck. Large, full kitchen with gas stove. Private backyard with grill and outdoor dining space. Two large bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths. Third floor has a 3rd bedroom, or can be used as an additional living room area, with a Deck that overlooks the rest of the city. The House is minutes from downtown and all of Cleveland\`s best attractions!  
1\. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.   
2\. No loud music after 10:00pm  
3\. Please wash any dishes, coffee pot and filter.  
4\. NO SMOKING indoors.  
5\. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.  
6\. Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability.   
No requests less than 24 hours prior.
