Home in Tremont Ohio next door to The Erie Ohio Tow Path Paved Trail! The home is two streets over from Christmas Story House.

House is cozy and private. Comfy beds with t.v.s in every room!

Walk to Steel Yard Commons, Uber (6 min) or bike ride (15 min) downtown, or 15 min walk to Tremont Restaurant and bars by Lincoln Park.

Note* There may be a squirrel that gets into the attic it is heard for a short period from the master bedroom. I am working on it!

*Home comfortable has queen and king bed for sleeping. Can sleep more guests with bunk beds in small room and air mattress. See note below on Bed 3! Thanks!

Downstairs:
Living room, dining room (table seats 6), kitchen (with coffee), and full bath downstairs with laundry.

Upstairs: Comfortable beds and pillows!
Bed 1: King bed & full bathroom (with shampoo).
Bed 2: Queen Bed (air mattress & pump in closet)
Note* Bed 3: Tiny room, has a bunk bed for extra sleeping space. sleeping in this room may be a little chilly because the window is so close to the bed but is definitely great for guest overflow!


The home is on a hill and the upstairs floors are super slanted but beds are even.

Outside: Back deck and fenced in yard.

Location: At the bottom of one way street on a hill, next to Steel Yard Commons, Tow Path Trail, and Steel Mill.

Entire home, drive and backyard.

6 min to Downtown Cleveland, West Side Market, Cleveland Clinic, 15 min from airport, Walking distance to Steel Yard Commons (Target, Marshalls, restaurants, etc...)

No Smoking Indoors
No smoking of any kind inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning/restoration charge (ozone treatment + deep cleaning). Processed through the Resolution Center.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests may be on the property. Any unregistered visitors may result in a $350 charge plus $35 per unauthorized person to cover extra cleaning and property wear.

Missing or Removed Items
All items must remain on the property. Any missing, removed, or damaged items will be charged the replacement cost + a $100 restocking fee + labor (sourcing and reinstalling). Processed through the Resolution Center.

Pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought into the home without prior approval, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center to cover deep cleaning, hair removal, and sanitizing.
