I didn’t like that no one came to clean from Saturday morning 5/25/24 to Monday morning 5/27/24. I had to call and ask for fresh towels and toilet paper!!. Don’t they think in 2 days a room would need cleaning and fresh items?

The room was fine, and the beds were comfortable. Our door was damaged and only one lock worked. It looked as though the door was kicked open, because the frame was damaged. I don't think they should have rented this room until the door was completely functional - especially since the door opened to the outside.

Staff were excellent, very accommodating, check-in was easy, and got directions to the local stores. Room was clean and had all of the usual utilities, shampoo, conditioner etc.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Cleveland area.

I enjoyed my stay here as the property was easily accessable off the road. My room was spacious and clean with full amenities. The hotel desk clerk was also friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here from traveling from AZ to the east coast this year. Thank you!

They dont offer an airport transfer. I learned too late. Other than that, if you need a clean place to stay for the night, that is what you get. Not fancy but get the work done.

This was fine for a quick overnight sleep, which is what we wanted. We were too tired to drive home from the airport. Beds were super comfy with a newer mattress, and clean. Had to play around with the curtains so they would keep the light out; some of attachments were broke. Some extra attention around the sink would have been appreciated. That whole area needed some brightening up, new switch plates, repainting, something... It just looked old/faded/yellowed/outdated. Refrigerator was clean and nice size with a freezer compartment (most hotel fridges don't have this feature).
