You are greeted with an abundance of glass, natural light and skyline views. Easy walk to sporting events, shopping and dining. The main level boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining, a chefs kitchen with stainless appliances and a great room with expansive windows framing downtown and bridge views. A dining area, cozy breakfast nook, large great room and half bath complete this level. The third level is the owners suite with floor to ceiling windows and attached luxury bathroom. A second bedroom with attached full bath. Laundry room, reading area under stairs with 2 twin pull-out sleeping chairs finish this level. The fourth level has a pull out sofa bed. It is ideal for relaxing and provides access to rooftop deck with unparalleled views of downtown skyline, Cuyahoga River and Superior Viaduct. There is a two car attached garage and gated driveway. It is very clean and maintained very well. With 3 levels there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The owners did a very good job with having the house stocked for your needs. Coffee, tea, creamer, plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, towels... ect.. The house was within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. We walked to Progressive Field and to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Also, only an hour drive to cedar point and the NFL Hall of Fame. We all recommend this property! ##### Alex S.
