The property was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and responded to concerns immediately. The lobby was a really comfy and cozy area to sit in and enjoy a coffee or tea in the morning.

I wasn't happy with my stay, you don't offer a complimentary breakfast no vending machines, for self service. No microwave in the room, refrigerator didn't work. The elevator was down Friday evening so had to climb 5 flights of stairs to my room on my bad knee. The staff was friendly but not to have modern conveniences for your guests was a little disappointing especially for what you charged for the room.

The shower makes no sense,the glass door doesn't cover up anything so the water gets on the floor. You have to reach under the shower head to turn it on before you get in so you get cold water on you prior to stepping in. No coffee maker, no hand soap ( requested 2x). Coffee Maker was brought into my room and accompaniments were just tossed on a tray. No latch on the door to prevent someone mistakenly coming into your room, if they get your key- this happens more often than one would think. Thin walls. GREAT pillows, room did get cold and the restaurant next door is the best part of my experience. I had business customers in the US on business and had them there all week, I was so embarrassed how this hasn't measured up to other Kimpton experiences I've had elsewhere. Convenient to have Heinens Grocery next door if needed. Fine stay, not awful, but not great.

Property and staff at the hotel were awesome. Valet and front desk were absolutely amazing. Kind and super accommodating. Unfortunately had some poor experiences at Betts.

Liked the views and property. Facilities were great. Parking is an issue. Had to wait close to 1/2 hour to get our car from the vallet which is disappointing since it was was $45 a day. Also, our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Arrived a 1/2 hour after check-in.

What a great hotel! I've stayed at many spots downtown for many reasons as a semi-local to CLE. This hotel is my new favorite. Funky cool vibe and every single staff is dream. Perfect location to walk to Pickwick for comedy show. Dog friendly so cute to see them in and around lobby.

This was my first stay at a Kimpton hotel. Bravo, I say. I loved the entry, with the open fire conversation pit. Also my room and bathroom were nicely decorated. Food at the hotel was very delicious, although service was slow, albeit friendly. The rather sour-seeming group of valet parking staff at the entrance was somewhat off-putting, though individual members were helpful.

I was there for two nights stay. The first night the heating in the room didn’t work, which was problematic due to the fact that it was below 5° outside. However, I did let the desk know, and it was taken care of while I was away for my second night. There was a bunch of scuffing on the paint in the rooms. Is also my opinion that the valet cost per night were quite excessive.

This was a really nice stay. The staff is really great and friendly and caring. The shower water pressure and the comfort of the bed are two of the most important things to me and both were great. I also love that the TV actually had full cable not just apps so that I was able to watch what I wanted when I wanted. The cleaning was fine but the room was at the point where a deep clean was really needed as there was just some mildew in the bathroom and the walls were getting dingy. Overall, I would stay again because the pros outweigh the cons.

Beautiful lobby and the rooms were nice. We found a blood stain on the sheets and there was no microwave in the room. Turns out there isn't even a microwave in the lobby. The staff were nice enough to let me use the one in their office. I'd recommend walking half a block and parking in the lot yourself instead of paying the ridiculously overpriced valet service. Great location if you're going to an event at the field or Field House.

Property has a great vibe, great location for any events downtown. Lobby warmth and decor are very comfy and welcoming. Room decor and design is trendy and clean. Nice touch with a yoga pad in the room! Only minor dislike is no bathroom toiletries (lotion, a facial soap), but other than that, will definitely recommend and return when needed.

Location is great, close to everything. Front desk staff is dismissive, valet service is slow but they're much friendlier. The common areas are nice and well maintained, the rooms not so much. The room was loud, poor noise insulation. Very poor job in cleaning, otherwise had all the essentials.. Would try elsewhere for the price.

I booked this Kimpton thinking it would be similar to the Kimpton in Pittsburgh we stayed at, but it was not. The rooms were not as nice (the one we stayed in had the windows painted black), the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean, and the room in general just looked a little run down. The location was good and the staff were very nice, but I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.
