Rooster's Inn offers a plethora of resort amenities and is conveniently located near many local attractions, including waterfalls, hiking trails, fishing spots, and restaurants. Rooster's Inn is a beautifully crafted 600 sq ft cabin that combines rustic charm with modern amenities. It sleeps up to five guests, with a queen bed in the bedroom, two twin day beds in the dining area, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. We provide a variety of amenities, such as high-speed internet, a Keurig coffee maker, games, puzzles, fishing poles, and pool sticks. As a guest of Mountain Lakes, you will have access to a wide range of resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, horseback rides (extra fee and reservation required) in the National Forest, Clubhouse with a sitting room, TV, sauna, fitness room, pool table, foosball, puzzles, games, a 55-acre lake stocked with fish, paddle boats, beach, water slide, miniature golf, hiking trails, and waterfalls. Wi-Fi is available not only at the cabin but also at the Resort Lodge and Country Store. Please note that our reservation policy limits occupancy to five guests (It’s a small cabin) and our cabin is strictly non-smoking and pet-free. And, the sheets and comforter on that comfy bed were so luxurious that I really never wanted to leave it! It was the perfect long weekend stay. We even visited Helen (in like 8 minutes) a couple of times - when my husband would drag me out of the super comfortable bed! We even made friends with a neighbor’s kitty while outdoors, and she was also fantastic! Everyone at the resort was super friendly! Bought a Mountain Lakes Resort shirt at the country store that I might not take off for weeks! I can only say - this was our PERFECT get away trip that we have needed for literally years!! Amenities close by. Very cozy, small cabin... Would recommend for couples. Only suggestion would be that the bed is extra firm, so renters be aware if you like a softer bed. Also, the resort the cabin is located had added benefits for things to do. We went to a few beautiful wineries and did some hiking. Such a beautiful area to explore.
