The Space:

Welcome to your Edgewater getaway! Step into this charming brick Colonial and feel right at home. To your right, a spacious dining room seats 10—perfect for group meals. Continue through to the fully stocked kitchen, complete with local coffee and a cozy breakfast nook for four. A convenient half bath sits just down the hallway.



Head into the library to enjoy a game of pool or relax at the built-in bar. Loop back toward the entrance and unwind in the inviting living room, where plenty of seating makes movie nights easy and comfortable.



Take the stairs down to discover even more entertainment: a second bar with a mini drink fridge and two arcade games. On the opposite side of the basement, the kids’ room offers bean bags, a TV, and two bunk beds—an ideal hangout space. Beyond that is a private bedroom featuring a king bed and an ensuite half bath.



On the second floor, you'll find four beautiful bedrooms, a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and an additional full bathroom with both a shower and a relaxing soaking tub.



Step out the back door and enjoy the spacious backyard, complete with plenty of seating, a swingset for the kids, and a peaceful mini pond—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring Cleveland.
