Staff that checked me in was friendly. Room smelled fresh and clean. Very quiet and lots of amenities including a washer and dryer. Free pass at gym is great. Breakfast was also amazing. I'd go here again next time I need an R&R.

Was in Clermont for a family wedding. Stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and was very pleased. Bed was comfortable, pillows were soft, parking was good, breakfast had a good variety.

Nicer hotel than I thought!

Pros: The free breakfast was the best part. Plenty of free parking as well.
Cons: Can't think of anything other than the elevators being too slow. Used the stairs instead.
Location: We were there for the GFT iron distance race. Nice lake front area a few miles away. Lots of hills and plenty of shopping areas nearby if needed.
Nice accommodations, room was clean, and the free breakfast was great! They had a variety of hot and cold items which was a nice change to most hotels that just offer the cold pastry and coffee. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

All of the staff were amazing beyond words! :-) Gary, Annie, and Shana were very kind and attentive to my needs throughout my entire stay. I have two small children that were with me which can be a little stressful at times but the staff here definitely went above and beyond for my kids and above anything else that was definitely different, in a great way,than any other hotel I've ever stayed at. Housekeeping was so kind and your breakfast was amazing! I will definitely recommend to others and even visit again soon! :-)

Credit card account billed in excess of Expedia guarantee price. When challenged the hotel desk staff felt it my responsibility to prove incorrect billing. I produced the Expedia itinerary, billing amount was corrected, attitude remained arrogant.
