Best Western Plus Kelly Inn

"I stayed here because it was close to the St. Cloud Hospital. This was an unexpected trip, so I just wanted something close and clean. The room was very small, but that was fine with me. The Bathroom is very outdated. I also needed to charge my phone, but there were no USB outlets available. I asked to front desk person if they had anything available to plug in with a USB port in it. He just said that was not an option and pretty much said it sucks, but I could use the one in the lobby. I didn't want to sit in the lobby for an hour charging my phone. This is an outdated hotel for people that need to stay unexpectedly. It might be okay if you are going to be there for a conference. That would be a totally different experience I think."

"When I arrived, the room was ready, and I was able to check in immediately. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff helped with parking and let me know that breakfast was available, but that I did not need it. I plan on staying again next year during our Fall conference. I will also remember to ask for the Federal rate."

"Our refrigerator freezer was not cooling right and therefore didn’t freeze my water bottles that needed for my ice pack machine for surgery. Ironically enough, the main compressor wasn’t working either so I didn’t get any water bottles froze. But things like this happen sometimes. But the hotel said it was being fixed."
