Keyless entry makes for easy access and safety. Set your bags down and enjoy your stay! The entry way keeps clutter to a minimum with hanging racks for coats/bags.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, serving pieces, cookware and bakeware, towels and a starter kit for storage/clean-up needs. There is a new refrigerator and electric stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender and hand-held mixer. Hardwood floors make clean up easy.

Relax and entertain with a new full-size couch, Smart TV, and drop-leaf dining table in the living room.

Hi-speed internet is included for your convenience or if you need to check into the office or work from home.

The new bathroom has a relaxing walk-in shower, medicine cabinet, sink, and hi-rise toilet. Bath towels and a hair-dryer are provided. There are plenty of hooks to hang your stuff. A starter kit of toilet paper and cleaning products are there for your convenience.

The relaxing bedroom has a full-size bed with extra bedding, pillows and blankets provided. Furnished with black-out curtains, a dresser, mirror, Smart TV and nightstands with lamps. There is storage and hanging space in the closet. The back deck with private yard and lawn furniture is accessible from here.

The lower level has a sleeping area with double bed, nightstands and space for hanging clothes. There is a shower, bath towels and mirror for an extra place to clean up before heading out or after a long day at the beach.

A full-size washer and dryer on the lower level has starter kit of laundry soap and dryer sheets to help keep up with the laundry.

This is a quiet and private neighborhood "village" with several similar cottages that we own, close to schools, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Get in on the seasonal celebrations and entertainment that Clear Lake offers~The Surf Ballroom, Color the Wind Kite Festival and City Park/seawall on the lake-only blocks away.
