"Wonderful location and awesome property with character. I enjoyed the morning brew station (coffee and baked goods) & and restaurant. (beer & burger 😋) So convenient! The staff were so helpful and professional with that Tofino relaxed vibe along the way. It was an awesome stay, wish I could have stayed longer."

"Loved staying at Mackenzie Beach Resort! What a beautiful place right on the beach! The cabin was well stocked with the essential supplies, the bed and pullout couch were very comfortable and the place was spotless! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family!"

"The location is great, but the property is in need of a make-over. Worn out furniture, kitchen with a worn out counter and limited cutlery and cups was a let-down. The sitting area was missing ambient lighting which made gatherings less intimate. Aside of one dirty pan in the cabinet the place was clean with clean linens. The lack of hangers for clothing was disappointing. All in all too pricey for the experience."

"We totally enjoyed our stay at the bird sanctuary. In the morning, we sat outside on the deck and watched mostly the hummingbirds. It was so quiet and a great getaway. Ken pointed out some of the interesting places to hike and to eat on the island. We hiked at the lighthouse, the rainforest and the beaches. Had some delicious seafood."
