« I'm house-hunting in Hudson, so my wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels and B&Bs there. However, one night in Pocketbook and I'll definitely continue booking there. I don't understand the complaints about the noise or rude staff, becauee we experienced the exact opposite. The staff were warm & welcoming, and very friendly. Overnight, it was peaceful and quiet. « This inn with cabins is a gorgeous setting with a nice vegetable garden, the setting is a bit remote and we like it, very quiet, unfortunately the restaurant was close. »

« The hotel is in a great location near Warren St. and walkable from the train station. You don't see the staff, but you can call them and they are helpful when you do. »

« The location of the property was excellent! The room we had was clean. Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available. Our air conditioner did not work properly and woke us up throughout the night. »
