"The room we were assigned could have used some more cleaning. There was a urine smell around the area where the air conditioner was located. We had no hot water in the sink. The walk in shower was nice. The breakfast was ok. Grits, bacon and toast would have been nice to go along with what was served. The waffle iron did not work very well. Parking was great. The staff was friendly."

"It was a great location for a weekend getaway. The space offered plenty of room to sprawl out. We enjoyed the deck and the floating dock. The outdoor shower and sauna were wonderful as well. The host was extremely helpful."

"If you are looking for the ultimate getaway, look no further because this cabin is an absolute dream come true. From the moment we stepped inside, our hearts were filled with so much joy. The space is incredibly spacious and sparkling clean, making us feel instantly safe, comfortable, and completely at home.The cabin itself strikes the perfect balance between cozy and beautiful. The aesthetic is stunning, yet it wraps you up in the warmest, most inviting embrace. We spent our evenings laughing, relaxing, and just soaking in the peaceful, wonderful energy of the home.But oh my goodness, the outside is a whole other level of magic! There is so much yard space to run around, play, and explore. The property features multiple gorgeous gazebos and dedicated R&R areas that are perfect for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book, or just listening to nature. Every corner of this property was designed for rest, recovery, and pure enjoyment.You can truly feel the care and love poured into this property. It was the deeply compassionate, rejuvenating break our souls needed. We are already counting down the days until we can return to our favorite new home away from home."

"Super clean, reminded you of stay from years gone by. Attractions were closed for the season. Understandable but would be nice if a few more things were open at least for short hours during off season especially spring and fall as the lake was certainly warmer than the ocean and more suitable for younger swimmers. But overall a great experience for a get away with the kiddo. Local restaurants we tried were all tasty. Definitely recommend."

"This is a rustic cabin surrounded by nature. It's actually two little cabins with the bedroom and bathroom in one and the kitchen, loft and a tiny living room in one. We stopped here for one night on our way to somewhere else. This is the kind of place you want to come and stay longer (fish, kayak or just enjoy nature). The checkin was very easy, the host responded promptly to all my questions. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, the ac in the bedroom is noisy. Also if you plan to stay longer and cook, you'll need more pots. There's just a couple Teflon pots but those were scratched and are not healthy to use because they release the forever chemicals in the food."

"This is the second time we have been to white lake in this exact listing. Chris is great to work with and the place is so clean and comfortable! My family really enjoys a week that is quiet and relaxing on the lake (minus our boat day of tubing and racing around) For those looking for entertainment and restaurants and excitement, this is not the place. While there are plenty of things to do, this is a small community. Small places to eat and small shops, but huge heart and plenty of love. Beaches and busy life are an easy drive away. Lake life is our life! Wish we could join in and become a local! Maybe someday!"
