Needs an instruction manual left on site with Wi-Fi and other property info and owners expectations of renters during and upon departure. Kitchen counter needs updating and/or repair. Furnishings sparse and need cleaning. No dishwasher Owner/Host was very responsive and prompt to requests. »

« I booked this gem for its proximity to an event in which my daughter was participating. It was to be my 1st shared accommodation w my son, his GF and their dog, so needed a pet-friendly venue. My mom added on at the last minute (with permission.) House located on a peaceful canal near the entrance to a lake w scenic view and entertaining (not overwhelming) waterfowl (pair of mallards, loon, couple geese and a swan seen across the lake.)
