We had already sent a report to customer service and they had not contacted us back. Either, a random stranger used his keycard at the wrong door and got in, or one of the staff had let this man into our room without verification. We found him in his underwear. Best Western Plus Summits Clark, we’re still waiting for you to reply

We enjoyed being here. The property was clean. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Bar down stairs to enjoy a drink. Restaurants all along the strip over all we enjoyed our selfs.

Convenience to Tully's Restaurant. The housekeeping staff need to learn how to clean rooms completely. There was a stain on the headboard which glowed from the lights and the toilet was dirty when you put the toilet seat cover down

Our room met our expectations and was quite comfortable. The staff went our of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A special shout out to Sarah, in charge of providing breakfast. With her smile and special attention to all guests, she definitely made our two night stay, a memorable experience. Unfortunately, we can't say the same for the gym. We were quite disappointed when we entered the gym and found it quite stifling, as there was was no air- conditioning in that area, or for the breakfast dining room either. We brought it to the attention of the manager and he was embarrassed to admit that no air-conditioning was available for both areas.

Located in a pretty nice, suburban area. Truck route with above average traffic. I was surprised that there was no room service and no note anout it. Nevertheless, if I visit Scranton against n I wouldn’t object to staying here.

I requested housekeeping services, it was not granted until I called the front desk to complain. When they did, they placed clean towels, changed the bed linen as I requested, took the trash out, but did nothing else. They could have cleaned out some visibly needed places, such as the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great. The front office staff were exceptional. TULLYS Restaurant was AWESOME!

When I arrived at the facility, it had no electricity. There were 30 people standing in the parking lot at 8PM. No one was at the reception desk. I left and went to another facility. They ignored my request for a refund.
