Seul problème, j'avais réservé deux nuits et à mon arrivée le 1er jour à 16 h, j'ai appris que mon vol de retour était avancé d'un jour, j'ai donc annulé la deuxième nuit, mais le personnel de la réception m'a dit que je risquais de ne pas être remboursé de cette deuxième nuit, alors que j'ai annulé assez tôt. « Hotel is a good value for what it is. Breakfast is ok but lack of healthy choice. The main issue is that I had two packages, including national park pass that were delivered to the hotel but couldn’t be found when we arrived. The deliveries were confirmed so likely someone from the hotel kept the packages. »

« Hotel neuf! Excellent service, nous avions une chambre double immense, avec une cuisine. Le tout est parfaitement propre et accueillant. Le personnel est adorable m, toujours attentionné, le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité, et enfin les installations sportives sont incroyables ! Un endroit à recommander sans aucune hesitation , avec un niveau de prestations parfait! »

« Beautiful clean rooms and a swimming pool/hot tub that has a beautiful view of the mountains. Pricing felt disproportionately expensive for the stay. Lots of hotels in the area and a nightly parking fee for a lot that was largely empty felt absurd. No breakfast included in the nightly fee, we just went to a breakfast spot in the area. Available coffee was terrible and when asked about this they offered to make us one for 4$. Felt like a money grab, and will likely try elsewhere next time. »
