"I love this cute little hotel! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the beds are great, and I love the blackout curtains. There’s also a nice little dining area in the lobby. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The Wi-Fi was okay, I’d probably give it a 7/10. This was my second stay here and I had a great experience both times. I would definitely recommend it!"

"We were pleased with the cleanliness and the staff were all very helpful. We were glad of the underground parking as the area of town is not the best. Breakfast included hot food which is always good! I would recommend fixing the noisy air conditioner and the bed mattress was too stiff and creaky."

"Unfortunately, we stayed at the hotel during a labor strike, so there was no housekeeping service. We were compelled to stay there due to its proximity to our relatives' home, but we suffered the inconvenience of waiting at the entrance; protesters only allowed cars to pass every five minutes, forcing us to walk to and from the street. There was no breakfast, though the bed was comfortable and the room spacious; however, a hotel of this caliber lacked basic amenities like slippers and toothbrushes. We would have appreciated a partial refund for the lack of services, but they claimed they had notified us—a message we never saw because it was sent to Expedia rather than directly to our email. Consequently, we felt the money spent was wasted given the absence of services. We had to request cups and coffee pods, and room service had to be ordered from outside the hotel; as for bottled water, it was provided only once, after which they charged $4 per bottle."

"The location was stunning, right beside the lake, and the fact that the cabin is pet-friendly made it even better for us to enjoy the stay with our little furry guy! These are the main reasons we’re giving it the highest rating. That said, there are several things that could be improved to better justify the rental price."
