"Everything was clean and tidy. Great selection for breakfast. In a nice area far enough from the highway but still convenient to local area. Staff is fantastic. "

"Not enough outlets in the room. Bed was on the floor pretty much. Room was very small. There was a weird smell in the room. I wouldn't trust the public parking out back."

"Overall really bad experience. I paid the deposit, went to the room, the bed had stains all over it. Came back down and said I wasn’t going to stay there and they wouldn’t give me my money back. I am still trying to get it back."

"Room was clean. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was basic. Parking was in the city garage with first 3 hours free but overnight $16. Overall good place with some shopping and restaurants, and ice cream places nearby."

"Awesome stay"

"I reserved this hotel for UPitt Graduation. The location close to campus was convenient. The room and bathroom were clean. What I didn’t like was being woken early on Sunday morning by a marathon and loud music right outside my hotel room window. No sound proofing means I heard everything and had no chance of going back to sleep. "

"Waited for about 15 minutes to check in but foun out it was becasue they were short staffed and the frint person was in charge of so much more which was not their fault."
