Gîte with character for 4/6 people, neat decoration, ideal for a truffle stay in Drome, the lavender cottage ideally located in the countryside, only 5 minutes by car from the shops, near the 9-hole golf course of Drome Provencale in the town of Clansayes.
Covid19: We take care to apply all the necessary sanitary rules in the properties we manage to welcome you as soon as possible. And, for stays related to business trips still in progress.
You can discover the South Drome and its picturesque villages, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, but also the Gorges de l'Ardèche, only 20 minutes away.
In an old restored farmhouse with 7 gites. The property is on 2 hectares in the middle of lavender.
At 5 mn Grignan, 15mn Suze la rousse, 30mn Vaison la romaine, 25mn Montélimar.....
Capacity: 2 to 6 people /2 bedrooms/2s.water
SH 53M².including an independent suite The dwelling is in two separate parts The main part :
Living room/living room with corner kitchen equipped with dressed stone floors, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with WC
And an independent suite on one level opening onto the courtyard with 1 bathroom and toilet.
A private courtyard with the necessary garden furniture, a wrought iron pergola to shelter sunny meals.
All in the middle of lavender a show not to be missed from June to mid-July the flowering of lavender and its picking.
Common fenced swimming pool (11.40x5.30m) with beach shaded by parasols.
Opening / closing of the pool: End of May - End of September
NB: In low season the heating is invoiced by taking a meter reading
Gîte labelled 3 keys by Clévacances and classified 3 stars
Note: a deposit of 1500€ (not cashed) is required as well as a holiday extension insurance.

Idyll in der Hitze
Wir hatten die heißeste Woche des Jahres erwischt und konnten daher wenig unternehmen. Die freistehende Unterkunft bot einen schattigen Sitzplatz und einen erfrischenden Pool. Provence Feeling pur!
