"I booked my trip months in advance. I never received an email or a phone call stating the reservation was canceled. I arrive and that’s when I find out it was canceled.

The hotel has been totally renovated and is very well done with lots of beautiful paintings and decorations throughout the rooms, lobby, restaurant and bar. Friendly staff with great service. Would recommend this his hotel.

The internet was intermittent and did not work well at all with or without the wifi. They said that is normal for two rooms in the hotel, which one of them was ours. We arrived June 27 to stay for seven nights and while we were still in Canada - not even started our holidays, the hotel charged our credit card one night’s stay. I mentioned this to the lady at front desk upon our departure and she told me it is to make sure people show up. I had never heard of such a thing. Carpet in our room...
