"Reception staff treats guests terribly. Not the whole team, but a couple of people there have absolutely no idea how to work with customers — and this is in a hotel that claims to be 5-star."

"Our stay at the Novotel El Tesoro was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is located at the mall, a tall modern building with beautiful views of Medellín, especially at night. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant after exploring the city. The staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything needed. Breakfast was also a highlight — great variety, fresh options, and excellent service every morning. Overall, an amazing experience with great rooms, outstanding views, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Medellín."
