There was no one around, the phone rang to an empty desk, and no way to check in late, which is unheard of in my experiences of hostels. My family of 4 was forced to sleep in our car outside until the following morning. They then checked us in with a pencil and clipboard. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience. Clean. No lift. it was a very quick nightout but only needed a clean bed and shower and I was very happy with the conditions. Overall good night sleep. The only minus is it take a while to find the location as Google maps does not display it correctly. I think they should put proper instructions in their confirmation email. Instead they only focused about Parking.
