Top Cirencester Hotel Reviews

Swan Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The best location in Bibury. Breakfast and dinner are tasty."

De Vere Cotswold Water Park
8/10 Good
"Overall a great stay! The surroundings are beautiful, we had a gorgeous lake view from our standard room, which really made the stay. Very comfy bed, slept well. Great breakfast! Although the room itself was very clean we had dirty linen (pillow case and towel). When we tried to ring reception nobody answered our calls. Bedroom was modern and spacious and was generally well kept and maintained but bathroom was aged."

Riverside Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Wouldn't suit everyone but exactly what we were looking for - simple and straight forward check in and check out via codes and key boxes. Excellent communication from the hotel prior, during and after the trip. Clean room and tea and coffee provided. For a quick stay, or somewhere convenient if in business, this hotel is idea. Plenty of parking out the back in designated spaces by also a far bit of on road parking too."

Thames Head Inn
8/10 Good
"Nice room, food good. Staff wonderful."

The Masons Arms
10/10 Excellent
"My son and I had the pleasure of staying there for a single evening mid-May. It had been a long day, and we were ready for exactly what they offered: a quaint, cozy, historic place to feast and lay our heads for the night. As we came in, we were greeted by the mother and daughter duo (sorry, I can't recall their names). The mother showed us to an upgraded dual room meant for a family. As it is my adult son I was traveling with, I really wanted my own bed. What I got was a bed and adorable bathroom. He got the same. Our own bathrooms? Amazing. The whole place was clean and well-appointed. We reserved a table for dinner, and after settling in, made our way downstairs to their lovely dining and pub area. The marks of history were everywhere. We were shown to our table where the daughter of the duo served us. I honestly can't recall what we ate; I think my son may have had steak. We had dessert also. Soooooo good. The whole trip is a bit of a blur, but my son and I loved the food, and the hospitality was fabulous! The ladies were kind, helpful and provided outstanding service. Our only regret: we were unable to try the pie. It smelled delicious, but they were sold out by the time we got to the restaurant. We have discussed numerous times what a good find Masons Arms was for us. If ever in the area again, I would most definitely want to stay there."

Kings Head
10/10 Excellent
"The King's Head is a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds. On top of that the music slot on the Friday night we stayed was terrific, with local trio Parlor playing great versions of pop and soul classics."

Wild Thyme & Honey
10/10 Excellent
"Love this hotel stayed a few times it’s just so beautiful."

The Old Brewhouse
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean. Great breakfast. Convenient location for touring the Cotswolds. The inn is in a very old building; it was fine for us but someone expecting a modern experience might not be thrilled. Cirencester is underrated - great food and coffee options in town."

The Fleece at Cirencester

"Brilliant breakfast, friendly service"
