« La personne a l’accueil ne nous a pas donné les horaires du petit déjeuner ni le lieu pour le prendre, ni indiqué comment se rendre dans la chambre (où est l’ascenseur dans un hôtel inconnu est une information utile). La salle de bain n’était pas propre, bonbons au sol, mouchoirs usagés, protection de rasoir jetable dans les savons…. Mais petit déjeuner très correct, calme, bon emplacement à côté d’un centre commercial très sympa ! »

« Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all of the usual amenities. The WiFi was too slow to load Google Maps and other websites, so this was the only "down side" to my stay. Breakfast was served from 6am - 9am and was find (for the price). The scrambled eggs were perfect, hot and tasty. The self-serve (and make) waffles were good too. Parking is behind the building and seemed like a safe and clean area. I would stay here...

« The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of. »

« Pool was not working. This was the entire reason we booked a stay at this hotel. They were supposed to text me when the pool was fixed, I never received a text nor an update. Very disappointed. We ended up finding somewhere else to swim, but had to buy towels and pay fees to get into the pool. »

« Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer. »

"La personne a l’accueil ne nous a pas donné les horaires du petit déjeuner ni le lieu pour le prendre, ni indiqué comment se rendre dans la chambre (où est l’ascenseur dans un hôtel inconnu est une information utile). La salle de bain n’était pas propre, bonbons au sol, mouchoirs usagés, protection de rasoir jetable dans les savons…. Mais petit déjeuner très correct, calme, bon emplacement à côté d’un centre commercial très sympa ! "
